The columns of the table mean consecutively:

orbit code (orbit at which the data were transferred to the Earth)

operation mode

• d - direct transmission mode,
• r - recording mode,
• 2 - sounding every 8 sec. during ~33 min.
• 3 - sounding every 16 sec. during ~120 min.
• 4 - sounding every 64 sec. during ~1030 min.

orbit, date (YYMMDD) and UT (HHMM) of sounding seance beginning.
